to the August edition of The Art of Service magazine.
This month we’re very excited to have brought on a new staff member
to the team. Unfortunately it meant saying goodbye to another. In the
process we’ve gone through some pretty rigorous hiring procedures,
so to give you a hand our feature article on page 3 is all about helping
you hire the right staff.
